How Preorders Work

Every figure we release is a limited, one-time production run. No reprints. No restocks. Once it's gone, it's gone for good.

  • 1 - Artist / Company Partnership

    Every figure starts with a collaboration. We team up with an independent artist or brand to develop an original concept, from character design to sculpt approval.

  • 2 - Announcement

    Once the figure is ready to reveal, we announce it publicly and lock in the preorder launch date. Follow us so you never miss a drop.

  • 3 - Preorder opens

    A 30-day preorder window opens. This is your only chance to secure a unit. Quantities are strictly limited and the window does not extend.

  • 4 - Goal Check

    At the end of 30 days, we check if the preorder goal was hit. No fluff. Either it goes into production or it gets vaulted. Simple as that.

    • Goal reached = Production begins immediately. Your figure ships when it's ready.
    • Goal Not Reached = The figure is vaulted permanently. All charges are fully refunded.

  • 5 - Production & ship

    Goal met, production starts. Once manufacturing is complete, your figure ships directly to you. Shipping costs and applicable taxes are your responsibility at checkout.

The Golden Pull

Hidden within every production run are 10 Golden Pull units: an all-golden statue version of the figure, identical in form but unlike anything else in the lineup. They ship randomly, without notice. You won't know until you open the box.
